  • 良善仆人理赔条款

    1. 其他保价1、保价规则:


      Insurance Rules: 
      (1)对所有未投保的包裹及文件的丢失索赔,本公司最高理赔金额为¥600。 
      For all claims of lost for uninsured parcelsdocuments, the maximum amount of compensate is ¥600. 
      (2)我公司提供3%的保价服务,例如:投保额为¥3, 则最高赔付金额为¥100。 
      GSE provide 3% insurance policy. For example, if the insurance premium is ¥3, the maximum insurance recovery will be ¥100
      (3)投保额上限为¥360,即赔付金额最高为¥12000。 
      The limit of insurance premium is ¥360, which means the maximum insurance recovery is ¥12000. 
      (4)客户投保额度不得高于货物申报价值额度。 
      The total amount of insurance premium must be equalless than the customsvalue. 
        
      2、包裹破损理赔规定及流程: 
      Claim Procedure of Parcel Damage: 
      (1)所有签收无异常的包裹,本公司不接受任何理赔申请。 
      GSE will not accept any claim for all normal delivered packages with signature. 
      (2)运单未标明的物品的损坏以及丢失,本公司不负责赔偿。 
      GSE will not accept any claim for damagemissing items, which were not in the description of contents on shipping label. 
      (3)包裹外包装未破损,内件丢失或破损,本公司不负责赔偿。 
      GSE will not accept any claim for damagemissing items if the outer packing is not broken. 
      (4)当收到货物时,外包装明显破损的,收件人要当场拍照取证,清点内部货物数量等,并在运单上注明异常,请派送员带回, 
      然后按照理赔申报流程进行操作。 
        
      3、客户隐瞒申报或邮寄违禁品造成的海关查扣、货件丢失损毁等,公司一律不予理赔。 
      GSE will not take any responsibility if the packages missing, damage,custom detaining are caused by incorrect descriptionsending illegal contents. 
        
      4、理赔时效: 
      Claim Period: 
      所有索赔申请必须在派送后30天之内提出,并同时提供货物发票收据及相应的破损、丢失证明,以及索赔申请表。GSE收到书面 
      索赔后的15天之内给予答复。无法提供上述材料的,本公司不予理赔。 
      All claims must be received in 30 days after parcel delivered with required documents, whichincluding the receipt, order information of insured items, all evidence of missingdamageclaim form. GSE will contact claimer in 15 days after receive the claim. Any claims without above required documents will not be accepted


      仓储保价

       

      1、保价规则:

      1)对于客户存储在GOOD SERVANT仓库内未保价的货物,如丢失,本公司最高理赔金额为¥600

      2)我公司提供1%的保价服务,例如:投保额为¥1,则最高赔付金额为¥100

      GOOD SERVANT provide 1% insurance policy. For example, if the insurance premium is

      、包裹丢失理赔流程:

      Claim Procedure of Parcel Lost

      1)申请索赔时,需同时提供货物发票收据(接受电子版)以及索赔申请表。GOOD SERVANT收到书面索赔后的15天之内给予答复。赔偿

      额度为客户投保价值与实际价值中的较低值。无法提供上述材料的,本公司不予理赔。

      All claims must be submitted with required documents, which including the receipt, order information of insured items
      soft copy acceptedand claim form. GOOD SERVANT will contact claimer in 15 days after receive the claim. The value of compensation will be the lower one between the insured valuethe real value. Any claims without above required documents will not be accepted.
